Norma is currently available through private early access. Firms request access, complete a fit review, and onboard through a guided data setup process. Pricing begins at $895/month for qualifying firms after onboarding fit is confirmed.

Most firms only need accounts for principals, finance/admin leadership, operations, studio leaders, and selected project managers.

How does billing actually work today?
Norma is in private early access. After a fit review, your firm onboards and is invoiced monthly at the published rates. There is no self-serve checkout on this site; payment is arranged during onboarding.
Is pricing based on firm size?
No. Pricing is based on Norma users, not total firm employees. Firm size may influence how many people you choose to add, but not every employee needs an account.
Who usually needs a Norma account?
Most firms start with principals, finance/admin leadership, operations, studio leads, and selected project managers. Not every employee needs a Norma account.
Can we add users later?
Yes. Firms can start with a smaller group and add users as Norma becomes part of more decision workflows.
What if we need many Norma seats?
The same tiered per-user rates continue past 50 seats. For a very large number of seats or procurement requirements, contact us at hello@norma-adi.com.
What happens to billing if a user leaves the firm?
Remove the user from the workspace, or tell us, and the seat comes off the next invoice. There are no per-removal fees.
Can I add or remove seats mid-month?
Yes. Seat changes are reflected on the next invoice. We do not meter partial months.
Do you offer annual billing or prepayment discounts?
Not currently. Monthly billing is straightforward and matches how most architecture firms manage cash flow. We may offer annual billing in the future for firms that want it. If you want it before we offer it, contact us.
What about firms with multiple offices?
A single subscription covers a single firm, typically one legal entity. Firms with multiple legal entities or distinct partnership structures should contact us; we can usually accommodate without a custom contract.
Does the price include integrations with QuickBooks, Deltek, or others?
Yes, integrations are included as they ship. QuickBooks Online is live today, read-only with one confirmed invoice push. Airtable connects with a weekly sync that rehearses before it applies. Norma also ingests structured CSV exports; your own export formats are mapped during onboarding. Deltek Ajera and Vantagepoint and Rippling are on the roadmap.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Tell us in writing, and the subscription ends at the close of the current invoiced period. Access continues through that date. There are no cancellation fees.
How does valuation intelligence factor into pricing?
Indicative valuation analysis and structured valuation reasoning in the workspace are included in the subscription. There is no separate charge for valuation intelligence. Firms can explore valuation scenarios as needed; outputs are not a substitute for formal appraisal when one is required.
What if our team uses Norma and we want to onboard a new partner who needs admin access?
Admin and member roles are included for every user. There is no admin-seat upcharge or "owner license" fee. A workspace admin is just a user with a different permission level.
What if our firm needs custom data handling or a signed Data Processing Agreement?
